Can Noa book in EasyPractice?
Yes. Once EasyPractice is connected, she checks free slots and books directly. Existing clients are found by the number they call from. She books the service you've chosen for the phone – for example a follow-up treatment – and reads the time back before booking.
Does Noa give health advice?
No. She only answers practical things from your knowledge – such as prices, referrals and opening hours. Questions about symptoms and treatment become a message or a transfer to a therapist.
Can she take cancellations?
Yes, as a message in your inbox straight away. You cancel it in your booking system yourselves, so you can offer the slot to someone else.
What about patient data and confidentiality?
Noa only sees what's needed to book (name, number, time), and she has no access to patient records. Data is stored in the EU, and you get a data processing agreement. Calls can be recorded if you switch it on – then Noa says so in the greeting.
Where is our customers' data stored?
The app, the database and the files are on servers in the EU, and all traffic is encrypted. For telephony and Noa's AI we use a few sub-processors – they're all on the list of sub-processors, and you get a data processing agreement.
What does it cost if we get a lot of calls?
300 minutes a month are included. After that it costs €0.27 per minute with Basis and €0.33 with Pro, incl. VAT, up to a cap you set yourselves (€65 a month by default). Once the cap is reached, Noa only takes messages for the rest of the month, so the bill never surprises you.
