Which option suits us?
If Noa should answer the phone when you can't, choose The phone: Basis at €93 or Pro at €133 a month. The features are the same; Pro answers faster and is smarter. If most inquiries come by email and through forms, choose Email and forms from €13 a month. Both puts the phone and the inbox in one place from €106 a month. You can always add or remove the phone later.
How are the minutes counted, and what if we go over?
Minutes are the time calls to Noa last. We add up the seconds of all the month's calls and round up to a whole minute only once, when the month ends. The first 300 minutes are included in the price. After that each minute costs €0.27 with Basis and €0.33 with Pro, incl. VAT, up to the cap you set yourselves (€65 a month by default). Once the cap is reached, Noa only takes messages for the rest of the month, and you don't pay for those minutes.
Can we keep our number?
Yes. Customers call the number they always have. We buy a Danish number for you and set Noa up on it, and you forward your own number to it through your phone company.
Is there a lock-in or a setup fee?
No. You only pay the monthly price. We buy the number and set Noa up within 1 working day at no extra cost. There's no lock-in: you cancel in the app, and the subscription ends at the close of the period you've paid for.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT. The invoice shows the VAT separately and is made out to your company with its VAT number and address. For companies outside Denmark, VAT is calculated for your country at checkout.
How does it compare with a call-answering service or another AI receptionist?
Human call answering in Denmark typically costs DKK 295–600 a month plus DKK 8–14.30 per call excl. VAT. Noa costs from DKK 556 a month excl. VAT with 300 minutes and no per-call price. Call answering is billed per call and Noa per minute, so which is cheaper depends on how many calls you get and how long they are. VAT with 300 minutes plus a setup fee of one month's price (source: ringai.dk, read 24 October 2026). Noa Voice Basis costs DKK 556 excl. VAT with 300 minutes, and there is no setup fee.
